Either party can terminate services with written notice. Unpaid dues must be settled immediately.

Since our services are digital, cancellations must occur within 24 hours if work hasn’t begun. No returns accepted post-delivery.

Support is available via email or ticketing system during business hours. Emergency support may incur extra charges.
We ensure all marketing or cybersecurity services comply with industry standards and ethical practices.
Clients must provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals to ensure smooth project progression and avoid delays.
