Terms & Conditions of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of VistaSec platforms. By engaging with our ecosystem, you agree to these institutional standards of conduct and operational protocols.
01. Agreement Scope
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the user ("Client") and VistaSec Group. Continued use of our software, advisory services, or intelligence platforms implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
02. Authorized Access
Access is restricted to authorized personnel of corporate and government entities. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of all credentials and must ensure that all users operate within their authorized scope.
03. Intellectual Property
All proprietary technologies, defensive frameworks, intelligence reports, and platform metadata remain the exclusive property of VistaSec. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
04. Service Level & Availability
While VistaSec maintains enterprise-grade uptime, services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or suspend platform functionality for maintenance, security patching, or infrastructure evolution.
05. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in unauthorized vulnerability scanning, exploitation attempts, or any activity that threatens the integrity of our infrastructure. Any breach of these protocols will result in immediate termination of service.
06. Financial Obligations
All service agreements, subscription fees, and licensing costs are subject to the terms outlined in your specific Statement of Work (SOW). Payment timelines must be strictly adhered to for continued service continuity.
07. Limitation of Liability
VistaSec's liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid by the Client in the preceding 12-month period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our intelligence data.
08. Jurisdiction & Dispute
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these services shall be settled through formal arbitration and in accordance with the standard legal frameworks of our operating region.
